To request an event that will be held at the Shrine of our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios, please follow these steps:
You may request an event up to 1 year** in advance. Check the online Shrine & Mission Calendar (click this link) to make sure that the date of your event does not conflict with another event and there is appropriate space available. This includes the Shrine, Museum, Meeting Room & pavilion, and all Mission grounds to include buildings and outdoor spaces. If the event is expected to have wide community appeal for the diocesan community, also check the online DOSA calendar (click this link) to make sure there are no major conflicts.
**NOTE Reserving a priest for your event or pilgrimage may require advance notice.
Complete the form below and press submit. Shrine & Mission staff will respond to the event contact person listed on the form. When the event is approved, our staff will add the event to the Shrine & Mission program calendar.
The development assistant will coordinate a marketing/publicity plan with the contact person listed on the form. All events approved can provide flyers for promotion which our staff will ensure are well placed on site. NO publicity or listing on the Shrine & Mission calendar can begin without the office receiving an Event Request Form. No events will be allowed without approval of the form.
