Experience a day that renews your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and find wisdom and guidance to help you navigate this season with grace. The retreat will take place on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. with an optional welcoming Mass at 8 a.m. at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios, 101 San Marco Ave. in St. Augustine. The retreat will support those who have been caregivers in the past or are currently caring for others at home and professionally. The day will include talks, time for reflection and silence, adoration and a catered lunch.
