We are grateful to welcome you to the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche. To help make your visit more peaceful and convenient, please review the parking information and guidelines below to help you plan your stay.
General Parking Information
Parking is free for the first hour and always free during scheduled Masses, Confessions, and Eucharistic Exposition.
During all other times, a parking fee applies after the first hour.
All payments are handled through the Passport Parking App on Apple or Android devices.
Cash cannot be accepted.

Parking Zones & Rates
Zone 1 (320841) — Cars
Zone 2 (320842) — Buses & Oversized Vehicles
Daily Rates:
- $10/day – Standard vehicles (including accessible/handicapped spaces)
- $25/day – Buses and oversized vehicles parked in bus-designated spaces
Visitors here to pray receive the first hour free in both zones.
How to Park Using the Passport Parking App
1. Download the App

Create, register, and verify your Passport Parking account.
You can download the app here:
2. Find Your Zone
Look for the unique zone number printed on Passport Parking signs and decals.
The Shrine uses two zones:
- Zone 1 (320841) – Cars
- Zone 2 (320842) – Buses & Oversized Vehicles
3. Pay
Enter your parking session information, select your duration, and choose your payment method.
4. Manage on the Go
The app allows you to:
- Receive reminders when your session is ending
- Extend your time remotely (if needed)
- Email or download receipts
When Parking Is Free
Parking fees are waived during:
- Scheduled Confessions, Masses, and Eucharistic Exposition
(including times outside the normal 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule) - Meetings and events held in Shrine meeting spaces
(regular fees apply if you remain parked after the event concludes) - Select on‑site events, determined on a case‑by‑case basis
Additional Notes
- Weddings and baptisms require paid parking unless prior arrangements have been made.
- DoubleTree overnight guests with a valid hang tag do not need to register.
- DoubleTree event attendees who need parking beyond the hotel’s capacity are subject to Shrine parking fees.
