Capacity
Main Shrine Church: 240 seats
Historic Chapel: 30 seats
The Pilgrim Center’s Father Francisco López Meeting Room has seating for 90 to 100. It is equipped with state-of-the-art projection, screen, lighting and sound. Overflow seating is available in the foyer and outside in the Pavilion.
Livestreaming is available for a custom fee if coordinated in advance.
Music & Musicians: A stipend may be required for liturgical music and musicians.
Reservations
Events are scheduled through the Pilgrim Coordinator, Annmarie Skaggs, who can be reached at (904) 439-7253 or by email.
Reservations include an agenda, which must be approved in advance. Flyers must be submitted for approval based on event details, location, speaker, dates and visuals.
Reservations will be confirmed after receipt of the rental agreement and payment.

Father Francisco López Meeting Room
Half day (up to 4 hours): $400
Full day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): $500
After-hours: $100/hour
Additional Services
Coffee Service: $35
Blue Linens: $15/table
Chairs for Rustic Altar: $3/chair
Tents and Stage Rentals
Tents: 10’x10’ or 10’x20’ (two available, blue): $100 and $200 respectively
Modular Stage: 20’x40’: $500
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages can be ordered through the pilgrimage coordinator or brought to the site.
Promotional Candles: three-day candle: $6 (ask for custom options)
Consider sponsoring altar flowers for an event.
Reserved Pavilion Tables
$75 for two hours (up to two picnic tables)
First-come, first-served seating otherwise.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
Fees will be charged if areas are not cleaned or if there is damage.
Donations & Sponsorships
Donations are accepted for grounds-only events.
Use of Shrine Church, Historic Chapel, Rustic Altar, Great Cross or Mission Grounds
All spaces must be coordinated in advance.
Weddings and baptisms are coordinated through the Cathedral Basilica St. Augustine
A separate liturgical form and approved sacristan are required for Mass.
Priests from outside the diocese must submit a letter of good standing (LOGS) to the Chancellor’s Office at least one week before the event.
